LOVE CORN Field Sales Executive - Grocery

We are currently seeking a self-motivated Field Sales Executive with a passion for sales, with an entrepreneurial mindset who is driven with a can-do, go-getting attitude i.e. ‘half glass full attitude’. Loving snacks also helps!

Purpose of Role:

Reporting into the Field Sales Manager you will be part of an inspirational and highly driven team, responsible for delivering growth within Central London Multiple Grocers such as Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose & Co-op so you will need a good knowledge of navigating Central London. The focus will be on driving brand awareness and sales within this territory.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Relationships - Being the face of LOVE CORN creating ‘best in class’ relationships with Area Managers, Store Managers and Store Staff
  2. Merchandising - ensuring LOVE CORN is always at risk of sale across all pack formats by managing capacity levels, correcting book stock errors and growing facings
  3. Activation - negotiating for and activating incremental secondary displays in store; both permanent and temporary
  4. Compliance - policing planogram implementation and promotional activation in store
  5. AVDV - Driving LOVE CORN brand awareness by maximising Availability, Visibility, Display & Value within Central London
  6. Sampling - Co ordinating in store sampling with support from Brand Ambassadors

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience within a field sales role within FMCG, other markets considered
  • Experience and knowledge of Tesco Express essential
  • Strong Sales, Negotiation, Networking and Presentation skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills being able to work independently, manage your own diary and always be punctual
  • Managing and placing LOVE CORN POS material required to grow your territory
  • Create your own journey plan efficiently and effectively
  • Utilise sales, marketing and category data to deliver a compelling sales proposal as well as the ability to digest sales data and identify key insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable and trustworthy, always operating with professionalism and integrity
  • The gift of the gab i.e. the ability to talk to every person and their dog!
