LOVE CORN recently launched in the region with several major retailers. As the Field Sales manager you will be the face of the brand providing support and driving sales at the store level.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Territory Store Ownership: Build relationships across key retailers and grow sales of LOVE CORN in region
  2. Store Visits: 40 store merchandising visits per week; provide audit reports; track sales data; identify opportunities and challenges to be addressed
  3. Drive Secondary Placements: build strong relationship at store to maximize shelf position and secure secondary placements, creative case stack displays, clip strips, floor displays etc
  4. Brand Activation: identify and set up sampling events; coordinate brand ambassadors in region

Requirements

  • Experience working in grocery retail eg retail worker, brand ambassador, merchandiser
  • Hard-working, self-motivated and a go getter attitude i.e. ‘half glass full attitude’
  • Has likeability factor that store employees will warm to and trust; has common sense
  • Excellent communication (both in-person and via email)
  • Highly organized and ability to work independently, creative & but also great at collaborating
  • Ready to hustle, and go above & beyond
  • Own a car and willing to drive for many hours in a day
