With a strong foundation of 10,000 stores across the UK and US we are looking for a driven, experienced, and enthusiastic Community Marketing Manager to lead our community building & marketing initiatives with a focus on digital / social.

  • Social Media: manage all platforms; voice of brand on social
  • Surprise & Delight: design strategies to surprise & delight our customers
  • Content Calendar: plan, ideate content assets to engage online community
  • Influencer Program: manage influencer outreach and engagement
  • Brand Partnerships: identify like minded brands for cross promotions, events, etc.
  • Email Marketing: manage CRM, create newsletter/email content, send, track, optimize
  • Events: work with our Brand Activation team to maximize events
  • Online Ad Campaigns: manage and optimize ad campaigns across platforms
  • LOVE CLUB: create a VIP club for our super fans with special access, events, offers

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent writing & verbal communication skills
  • 2-4 years relevant work experience: e.g., managing community outreach, creating content, building brand advocacy
  • Experience managing social media channels, using social media management tools, Facebook Business Platform, Google Analytics, running social media campaigns such as giveaways, cross-promotions, etc.
  • Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
  • Familiarity with Photoshop (enough to make minor edits)
