LOVE CORN recently launched in Manchester with several major retailers. As the Territory Manager in the region you will be the face of the LOVE brand providing support and driving sales at the store level.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Territory Rate of Sale: Responsible for growing rate of sale (velocity) of LOVE CORN in the region
  2. Store Ownership: Build relationships across Sainsbury's, Tesco, Asda, WH Smith, Boots - approx 100 stores
  3. Store Visits: Approx. 40 store merchandising visits per week ; 1 day planning & 4 days in field
  4. Drive Secondary Placements: build strong relationship at store to maximize shelf position and secure secondary placements, creative case stack displays, clip strips, floor displays etc
  5. City Blitzes: Once per month organize a city blitz to other regions eg. Leicester
  6. Manage Budget: Manage a budget for distributing samples, merchandise and point of sale material
  7. Reporting: Provide audit reports via Repsly on every store visit using our mobile app. Review sales data at store level each week to identify opportunities and challenges to be addressed
  8. Contact Database + Route Planning: Be organized and maintain a robust database of contacts and route planning
  9. Manage Local Support Partners: Coordinate with any local brand ambassadors and third party merchandiser to drive sales, maximize promotions and events

  • Own a car and willing to drive for many hours in a day
